1/4 kg starchik Boneless Chicken
2 medium onions chopped
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cream
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp garam masala
1/2 bunch fresh coriander leaves.

For the marinade:

1 cup curds
1 tsp ginger garlic-paste
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp dhania powder
red colour


Cut the boneless chicken into pieces. Marinate for 1/2 hour. Remove the chicken pieces from marinade and shallow fry in oil and keep aside. Fry the chopped onions in oil and butter. When browned, add the left over marinade and brown it further. Add the fried chicken pieces, colour in a cup of water and garam masala. Simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with cream and fresh coriander leaves and serve.
