STARCHIK GREEN CHILLI CHICKEN

Ingredients:

1/2 kg starchik Boneless Chicken
2 onions chopped
10-15 green chillies chopped
4 tbsp oil



For the marinade:

4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp aji-no-moto
salt to taste



Method:

Cut the chicken into pieces. Marinate for ½ hour. In a kadai, heat oil and fry onions lightly. Add chicken and half the chillies and cook till dry. Fry further and add the remaining chillies. Add aji-no-moto and serve hot.
